Dax was excellent throughout the entire process of finding and purchasing our first home. He took great care in walking us through all of the processes and gave us his honest opinions of each property we looked at. We were fairly nervous having never gone through this before, and he put us at ease by making himself available for inspections, repeat viewings and any other time we may have felt overwhelmed. The transaction went very smoothly and he negotiated on our behalf to receive some credit back for replacing outdated electrical systems in the house. We bought our first home with the help of Dax. We were a bit nervous as we've never gone through this process nor done such a huge purchase. Dax was super patient every step of the way. On our first home tour, he took us to several neighborhoods, starting with the ones we wanted to live in and ending with some at his suggested neighborhoods. To our surprise, we liked the last two homes on the neighborhood he recommended, and made a bid on one of them... and we got it! I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.
