Originally from Long Island, New York, Dax Bauser has proudly called Los Angeles home since the mid 90’s. His mother, a small-business owner, instilled in him the value of determination and hard work while  his father, a New York City Police officer taught him the importance of honor and integrity. 

A graduate of Ithaca College’s School of Business, Dax’s path led him through the music industry and eventually into real estate in 2010. What started as a personal endeavor to grow his wealth through the purchase of investment properties, quickly became a realization that the knowledge he gained was the cornerstone of a fulfilling and exciting career in real estate. It’s with that experience and understanding of the buying and selling process that Dax brings a uniquely compassionate and educated approach to his clients, ensuring that they feel comfortable and secure in every aspect of their deal.

Dax has been honored to receive Coldwell Banker’s prestigious International President’s Circle Award in 2018 and 2019 for being in the top 5 percent of sales for all agents Worldwide.
